People On The "BANNED" Or "SUSPENDED" List Can Be Admitted To An Event By A Temporary 'Pardon' From A Staff Member. The C.E.O. Can Overide Any 'Pardon' Given. Once You Are On The Banned List, You May Not As Much As Attend A Tournament Without A 'Pardon'. Someone On The Suspended List May Attend, But May Not Cause A Distraction Or Participate Without A 'Pardon'.
